Extended Schools

Our Extended day scheme for children of working parents or those in training enables some children to be cared for on school premises outside of normal school hours.

Morning care (breakfast club) is available from 7.45 am until classes start at 8.30 am. Children get a healthy breakfast which ensures they are ready for the school day.

Kidszone after school care is available from 3.00 pm until 5.15 pm. Children have tea and take part in games, free choice activities and sports. They can also use the time to read and complete homework.

The charges for these facilities are:

Breakfast Club: £7.50 for a full week (every day)

Kidszone: £15.00 for a full week (every day)

Breakfast Club and Kidszone after school club are very popular with working parents and those in training.

Attendance on a casual basis (on odd days) incurs additional costs to the school, therefore the charges are different.

For Breakfast Club, the daily charge for casual sessions is £3.00.

Any after school casual sessions MUST be booked by 10.00 am so that we have the correct staff ratios. There will be a charge of £5.00 for each of these sessions. There is also a late charge if children are collected after 5.15 pm - this is £5.00 for every 15 minutes.

The extended services staff are:

  • Mrs R Patel

  • Mrs K Pathan

  • Mrs M Sherwin

  • Mr B Ali
