On these pages you can find the tasks and activities that teachers have planned for you to do at home with your children. Just choose your child's year groups and you will find the weekly tasks and activities. These are all designed to be completed on paper and can be added to with activities in Purple Mash and My Maths as well as Accelerated Reader, Times Table Rockstars and J2E if you wish.

There are many other online activities and lessons available and knowing where to start looking can be over whelming. The two most recent are BBC Bitesize and The Oak Academy Online lessons. Both offer daily lessons in English, maths and other subjects. If you would prefer actual online lessons for your child then choose one of these. They are both suitable for all ages of children.

Parents must decide what will work best in their own family. Some families may want to set schedules and timetables that fit with the usual school day but some may want to be more flexible. It is really up to you as parents how much you do and when you do it.

The most important thing is to make sure children are settled and happy. All children will be missing their education and this is something we do not want parents to worry about. When we reopen, all teaching will take this account and as a school, we will make sure no child is left behind because they did not do as much at home.

As a school, we will be using the Purple Mash online learning platform to offer more activities and work. The children really enjoy using this and there are many exciting things to do. The link and guides to help use it are below. The teachers will also set work on My Maths, the link for this is also below.

If you do not have your child's usernames and passwords for any of the online learning platforms that we use (Purple Mash, J2E, My Maths, Accelerated Reader, Monster SATS), please email the school office with details:
